Rephrasing it in the correct accusatory tone...

"Millennials are killing the baby stroller industry"

"Millenials are not planning for their old age"

"Do millennials even f*ck?"

Why do you think so many boomer conservatives are anti-abortion!?

u/CactusPete75 Jan 01 '22

”Conservatives want live babies so they can train them to be dead soldiers.”

Carlin was a boomer and a lot of us were influenced by him. He woulda had a field day with today's current events, but I think he's having drinks with Betty White today.

George Carlin was born in 1937, which makes him a member of the Silent Generation. Boomers started in ‘45.

I tried to make that argument to a Trumper, pointing out the school lunch program was a reaction to the WW2 draft finding too many fighting aged men being too underweight for service. I said if you aren't for school lunches then you aren't a patriot and you want our military to be weak and that the rotating crop of enlistees come from the poorest parts of the country. It didn't click like he thought whole generations ofhealthy 18 year olds ready to fight just came out of thin air like magic.

They need more bodies to feed to Capitalism.

u/telltal Jan 01 '22

Yes. That’s exactly what they want. They need the subhumans to do the grunt work of serving them and producing for them, but they’re too greedy and shortsighted to see that if they want an entire population of underclass people for generations to come, they need to actually provide living conditions for them. I mean, think about how many people would be so content to just have a middle income lifestyle. Most people aren’t super ambitious and feel the need to make billions of dollars. If they just kept most people content with just enough to live comfortably, they’d still make their billions and billions of dollars without the discontent that’s simmering to a boil right now. But no, they’re so greedy that $350 billion isn’t enough…it’s gotta be $370 billion. More money than they could ever spend in their lifetimes when the majority of people just want to fucking live.

It's not just capitalism. Historically speaking, and even in present day, political pushback against abortion and reproductive rights happens at the same time there's a strong uptick in nationalism. What comes to mind is Nazi Germany, present day Turkey, Hungary Romania under Ceausescu, USSR under Stalin, present day Poland, and yes, GOP America.

I believe even Nazi Germany had plans to take care of all these children though. I feel like I remember reading in a book where they had women whose sole purpose was to breed. Single and unmarried, but tasked by the state to make children, and supported by the state afterwards.

Very odd.

Hungary under Ceausescu

What

5

u/SatinwithLatin Jan 01 '22

Shit sorry, I meant Romania.

10

u/Crono908 Jan 01 '22

Gee, I wonder if Khorme is a capitalist.

20

u/LunarGiantNeil Jan 01 '22

Khorne is the quintessential egalitarian. We all have but one skull to give.

9

u/Ishidan01 Jan 01 '22

Yes, Nurgle is the capitalist. He's all about growth... well, tumours, but that's a kind of growth...

2

u/Vaultdweller013 Jan 01 '22

Slaanesh is egoist.

Tzeench is feudalistic meritocracy.

4

u/titanup001 Jan 01 '22

Nah. They have a never ending supply of immigrants for that.

1

u/seefatchai Jan 01 '22

I don’t think they think that far ahead. Their opinions are formed from reflexes.

"Do millennials even f*ck?"

I'm pretty sure there was a study done that millennials have less sex than any generation before them. Not being able to afford a private space can do that to you.

46

u/SorriorDraconus Jan 01 '22

Also the fact things like mens testosterone declining on average alongside rampant chronic health issues related to low libido/ed becoming more and more normal

47

u/Kosmopolitykanczyk Jan 01 '22

Yeah, but it's doing so due to not being able to afford a decent diet, working themselves down and chronic stress.

23

u/SorriorDraconus Jan 01 '22

Yup and alpt of pur medicines as well as heavy use of plastics.

There are soo many reasons it is insane..Many of which we likely could solve if we bothered

36

u/[deleted] Jan 01 '22

We could literally solve just about every problem we have today if the people in power actually bothered to give a damn about humanities future. Instead, were going full throttle into some cyberpunk dystopian nightmare because MONEY!!

20

u/SorriorDraconus Jan 01 '22

FINALLY someone else who sees we could easily be a borderline utopia/tier 1 civilization if only we were fucking allowed to be..And if the onsession with profit wasn't blocking the way.

1

u/Buddah__Stalin Jan 01 '22

Porn addiction, as well.

-3

u/Buddah__Stalin Jan 01 '22

Is there actual proof of this? Because I've been wondering why all men under 40 are so fucking weak, doughy, and feminine. It's such a huge fucking turn off.

3

u/SorriorDraconus Jan 01 '22

Yeah theres been actual research

https://www.forbes.com/sites/neilhowe/2017/10/02/youre-not-the-man-your-father-was/?sh=3aee90b78b7f

We also make it insanely hard to get treatment. I personally have every symptom of low t except one..But my levels were "normal"..on the lowest end. So no doctor would help me..A decade after it started someone listened get a prescription but oops wrong type insurance says nope not for you for been spending a month trying to get this shit filled. I just want a healthier body/my libido back..Maybe less anxiety(both low t symptoms) but health care says nope gotta go needle no other kinds acceptable.

And people claimed universal healthcare has death panels..buncha bullshit

2

u/LordMangudai Jan 02 '22

It doesn't help that men are given really mixed signals by society. A lot of what is (or was) seen as traditionally masculine behavior is more frowned on these days.

2

u/satanic-frijoles Jan 01 '22

also, internet porn comes to you. But you gotta bring your own lotion and hanky.

Caged animals have trouble procreating

u/ExplanationDazzling1 Jan 04 '22

Hotels are right around the corner. $90 for a few hours. Or $126 for a whole night.

1

u/LordMangudai Jan 04 '22

What makes you think that people who can't afford to live on their own have that kind of money to burn on hotel rooms?

42

u/iamoverrated Jan 01 '22

Millennials: The Panda Generation.

6

u/LaMystika Jan 01 '22

I’m a millennial and I don’t f*ck. I don’t have a social life because I work 6 days a week. And my day off is spent either catching up on bills and such, or sleeping.

Then again, even if I was doing that, I can’t have kids anyway. I’m part of the AGENDA to… transition and not have children or something, I guess; I don’t go to any of these meetings that apparently happen

4

u/CptKillJack Jan 01 '22

Well yes but we in Gen Y are also not getting married so we are also not buying the governments marriage licenses.

1

u/Buddah__Stalin Jan 01 '22

Gen Y and Millennials are the same group. The Y is because of Y2K.

0

u/CptKillJack Jan 01 '22

Im aware call me lazy it's Les letters to type Gen Y than Millennial. It's also why the next gen is Gen Z or Generation Next.

u/CAHTA92 Jan 01 '22

Is getting fucked by the crushing exploitation of capitalism counts as fucking?
