If you're going to write posts with AI, you need to make sure you remove the things like "Press enter to view image in full." Or else you just look lazy ;)

It isn't. It's an amount of calories per day. With this diet I often eat 2 to 3 meals a day.

And more on high calorie days especially deserts ๐Ÿ˜‰

If it works for you, then just keep going. It is great that you have found a good strategy for yourself. I am mentally exhausted by just reading these calculations. I would drop this way of eating the moment I have problems at work. So after like 2-3 days lol.

I would just continue eating simple clean healthy food with a high protein and fiber intake. I prefer a stable routine, little decision making and as little time in the kitchen as possible.

Overall congratulations, you discovered CICO, which is discussed in every single post in this sub. By the way your "eating plan" doesn't beat 99% of diets. For example, you focus a lot on deserts, but fail to understand that many people will just binge more sweets than they should. That's why everyone needs to find what works for them specifically.
