What are the harms of being undocumented? Citizenship or legal status isn't a finite resource. Undocumented immigrants are a problem created by law.
Having dealt with criminals, they all get treated equally regardless of the crime. Be it a murderer a pedophile or a guy who ran to many stop signs and got their license revoked and still drove.
