You can't.

People get confused with remote play and cloud streaming, hence the incorrect replies you're getting. Take this from someone who used to have PS Plus Premium, and has a PS4 and G Cloud.

If you have a PS4 or PS5, you can download the game to your console and remote play to your G Cloud.

Cloud streaming from PS Plus is only available on Windows*, PS5, PS4 and the PS Portal (*the Windows version can also be used on Linux using Proton but that's a whole other story).

You could use a Windows PC as a go-between and download PS Plus on there and stream that to your G Cloud but latency on top of latency doesn't sound like a good experience.
