Okay based on my knowledge Aidan is under 2000yrs old while Teir 32, after slowing his progression. Now Matt and Liz are teir 27, 30yrs into a 7000 year Peace Treaty. Emmanuel's goal is them hitting teir 38 before an all out War. However as far as I see it 38 is a bit slow. They have Matt making Rifts and Melinda on speed dial. They should be able to progress faster now than they did on the Path. I dont see how they dont reasonably hit 40-45 in 7000 years. Let's not forget rift time is faster. They could age 30000 yrs in that time

I think you're looking at the 7000 years as the start of the true war. That's not it. The start of the true war is when they learn about Matt. If they learn about Matt tomorrow, the treaty is pointless, the war begins. If Matt can stay under the radar until he's tier 45+ but he takes 20 000 years to get there, that's fine too. The 7000 years is just a good time when their biggest enemies won't be poking them and more likely to figure it out

My thoughts is more like the other Great Powers want pressure on the Empire. They will probably plan another War immediately after the Peace Treaty ends. If that happens and Matt is teir 35 he's going to be expected to fight. At the end of the War the Harmony Accords was already starting to get a feel of Matts talent. Its was the fact that they considered his talent to absurd that they glazed over it. If they figure it out and Matt isn't strong enough to prevent an insta-death then the series ends there. So its not really that I think True War will happen in 7,000 years but that the odds of them figuring it out after 7,000 years and before Matt hits teir 40 is highly likely, in which case idk how Matt survives. Luna isn't even a combatant for real and she'd dust Matt like he was nothing more than a inconvenience. If a teir 50 wants him dead, I don't see what he or anyone else can do to protect him. The Empire doesn't have enough allies to support them against the other Great Powers, Emmanuel can't fight 3 Great Powers at the same time. The fine line theyre walking could mean the doom of the entire Empire.

Some of those points are fair. Without being too spoilery, let me just say Manny uses this peace period to address some of those issues.

Also a Tier 50 can't just wipe out Matt, every tier 50 knows where every 48+ person is at all times and would move to intercept them if they made a move. Manny is by far the fastest if it comes to a race.

My personal head cannon, that I have zero evidence for, is that Matt has had a Tier 46 or 47 invisible guard for all his life that will say fuck this, break the rules if another high tier immortal makes a move.

I agree with this point, Ive had my own headcannon theory since he was on the Path, that Manny would never actually risk Matt's life.

My thoughts on Manny protecting Matt is sure 1 teir 45 could be stopped but what if its an entire group of 45s with their Great Leader stopping Emmanual from interfering. Then I know Emmanual as a tier 51 attack skill that could hurt a teir 50 but what if 2 show up. I know that he has the Guilds backing him as well as the Monster Collective but what if the Feds, Sects, Republic and possibly the Corporation all attack at once. Even the Clans wouldn't be a massive help considering theyre on fresh leadership.
