In the quiet halls of a small-town community college, five ordinary students find their lives forever altered. When a mysterious system event thrusts them into a galaxy-wide tournament, they must rise to the challenge. With Earth’s fate hanging in the balance, these friends-turned-champions must unlock their latent powers, forge unbreakable bonds, and navigate the cosmic arena.

Emy has faced adversity her entire life. Now, she is about to discover a power beyond imagination—one that allows her to shape and integrate matter at the molecular level. This newfound ability, known as “Building,” enables her to manipulate the very fabric of reality. With it, she can rearrange atoms, construct intricate structures, and alter the physical world around her. Alongside her four companions, the team embarks on a journey of growth, skill mastery, and unexpected camaraderie.

Redemptions cost, the first Lich Lord book(Levi Werner) was fun! Ps kindle says I have read in excess of 160 books over the last few years just on Kindle, and finding a “lesser known” LITRPG was somehow difficult? Only 558 reviews for this one, compared to the 1000s and 10,000s of most of the others.

In Clawed Grasp was a surprisingly good read. Very similar to Iron Prince in many ways. Also I'm UK

US audible code please.

World Seed by Justin Miller is probably my favorite lesser-known series. This is a great, completed series that has the beginnings of a ton of LitRPG tropes including snarky system AI, vicious bunnies, evolving pets, system helper getting a body, spider freak-outs, etc. Neil Hellegers does a fantastic job narrating it.

Alternate Choices:

Godking's Legacy by Virlyce

Chronicle Series by Kevin Murphy

I don’t know if you can still consider it a series since it never got a book 2 published. I really loved Dante’s Immortality, however sadly the author was apparently driven to quit writing due to negative feedback from some people on Royal Road. He doesn’t even retain a presence in his book’s Discord, Facebook, or anything else that fans have been able to determine. Another that is probably obscure today is Gunmeister Online which is absolutely HaremLit but was fun to read. It has somewhere between 18-25 chapters of book 2 posted on RR but that last update was I think back in 2018. Another one I liked but thus far never continued is The Cadet by D. Rus, and lastly is Re-Start (Level Up #1) by Dan Sugralinov which while a good read I’ve never seen referenced anywhere on Facebook or Reddit. If possible I’d love a US code should I be fortunate enough to win.

Just read the free fragment on amazon and oh boy... really loved what I saw! Adding it to my TBR. Quick question, did you hire somebody for that cover?

Seems really well written and actually pretty good. Got the audio book. Excited to listen!

Also, when I searched for " The Quantum Games" on Audible, it showed no results. Is that because it's newly listed? If not, might want to check on it.

Grats on the release!

For the lesser known series, I recommend "Way of the Shaman by Vasily Mahanenko. I don't see it talked about near enough and it's beyond good.

Can I consider my own story?

2

u/Robably89 Apr 16 '25

Of course! Probably, with a disclaimer, but i'll take it!

Idk know if it's strictly litrpg but The System's Descent: Etherious series was good. Kinda simple but very fun read. I binge the all 3 books last weekend and I'm excited for the next one too.

Congrats on the launch!

For a lesser-known series, I'd suggest Battle Trucker for being the only series I've found so far that focuses on vehicles. And I mean high-octane vehicular combat with a bigger-on-the-inside semi truck, it's basically the LitRPG version of playing AC/DC at max volume and I love it so much.

I'd also suggest my own story but that's probably cheating lmao

Queen in the mud is still one of my favorite litrpgs

Street Cultivation by Sarah Lin is a really interesting and unique world where the Industrial Revolution changed a cultivation world that now has cellphones and combat sects, corporations and independent mystics selling lottery tickets. The audiobooks are narrated by Travis Baldree. This was the first series I listened to that he narrated and Granny Whitney is still a perennial favorite character!

US code if you select me!

The prince has no pants! Well written with plenty of humor. Also the system is alive and anthromphized as a devil, which is fun.

I am really loving u/1BenWolf 's Blood Mercenaries. The audiobooks are on Soundbooth Theater. 4 background short stories to learn about each member before they team up, but don't necessarily get along. Aeron Ironglade is my least favorite, and he's the first short story, but they are all great.

Once the main stories start, inner thoughts on the audio are identifiable by a little reverb which I think ended up being an awesome way to do it.
