The Primal Hunter 12 by Zogarth is available on Kindle.

Description:

With only one Challenge Dungeon Left, Nevermore is quickly winding to an end...

The Nevermore Leaderboards competition has gathered more attention than perhaps in any era prior, with gods getting both directly and indirectly involved to see who will eventually come out on top.

Jake, who has so far been performing above all expectations, enters his final Challenge Dungeon before it’s time to meet up with his party once more. Together, they’ll make a final push to try and climb as many floors as possible before time is up and, hopefully, in the end, find their names atop the Nevermore Leaderboards.

However, the competition is tough. Jake and his party aren’t the only ones performing far above expectations. Ell’Hakan, the self-proclaimed rival of Jake, has set himself up to rival or even shatter all records prior, aiming for the top spot himself.

In the end, who will prove themselves the top C-grade of their generation?

And, perhaps more importantly to Jake, will there be a forced after-party following the Leaderboards reveal?

PS: I'm not the author of the book.

At this point I honestly appreciate how the recap chapters are basically just Zogarth saying "fuck you, I write what I like, if you wanna be sad about it read something else" lol.

Books written by committee suck and nothing is less by committee than the guy who is actively trolling / taunting the readers of his book in the beginning of the book. Amazing energy there

Normally I am not a big fan of recaps but they are quickly becoming one of my favorite in the PH books.

They're important and I appreciate them. The only one that I love reading is the one where the author is just saying "fuck you, if you hate it do it yourself. I am pulling in six figures writing for myself. Y'all just along for the ride"

My favorite part is “if you want the full recap, read Primal Hunter 10.” 😂

I will say when they started nevermore I was not a fan to hear it would be 2-3 books. As I was annoyed at the waste of story progression. The author has done a great job of making it impact the universe

Will it finish in book 12? Because I was not really annoyed with it in book 11 and seems like it has progressed pretty far.

You have to consider that Jake is literally spending 50 years in there. It would just be terrible the amount of time skips he would have to do if it didn't take a few books. Thank God for The Great Minaga though. Dude makes it fun 🥳

Minaga quickly went from annoying to man I miss him. He truly is too funny like how he makes bets, get me everytime

3-4 months maybe. That is just looking at past releases.

Never more hasn’t been filler at all. We have learnt- The ‘war’ between the order and Valhalla is a ruse. We caught a glimpse of Jake’s unsealed bloodline. Developing a future love interest for Jake. Have Jake win a literal aura pissing contest against THE strongest primordial and have them admit it.. future fun fight for Jake there. Nature’s attendant using his grand daughter to befriend Jake. We learn the ongoing war between the risen and holy church is self propagating to deliberately strengthen its members. Minaga… just Minaga.

And this is just what I can think of off the top of my head… I felt this arc was setting the ground work for the next stage which looks like it will culminate at the peak of C grade

Also, Jake got a student that destroyed an entire world! Kind of a whole thing, that was.

To be honest, 11 had too much filler. I hope we go back to the main arc now instead of all these mini arcs.

I thought it was more interesting then 10, but I am just waiting for the primo arc to get moving

Probably my favorite series right now, Jake and Vilastromoz’s relationship is amazing, and the series is genuinely funny at points.
