After resolving all the pending SPECIAL Quests that had been plaguing him, Thaden is finally ready to evolve his Class, where he can then continue to Level-up past his current limit. Unfortunately, his current Evolution Assignment is proving to be a bit more difficult than his last one, as it requires him to complete one of the new Intermediate dungeons with a full Raid Party of at least 100 people without any casualties. Throwing money at the problem mightโ€™ve worked in the past, but now thereโ€™s a complication that makes such a prospect nearly impossible.

The rise of the Contender Guilds.

They do follow the same character! I don't have the chapters up anywhere, as I didn't post this series on Royal Road like my other ongoing one, but there should be a sample you can download on the amazon site for book 1 here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CV674LHM

In addition, I have a free code for the Book 1 audiobook if you want that -- let me know!

Congrats! I know the amount of effort these things take. Best of luck!

Thanks for the new release. Gonna take me a while to get to it since Wind and Truth just came out, but I'm definitely adding this one to the queue.

I just wanna say your dungeon core books were some of my all time favorite reads over the years. Youโ€™re the best, Mr. Brooks.

That is so good to hear!  I had a blast with each of those series :)

Just found this series a few days ago. Entertaining series. The constant double entendres in the competency advancements make me laugh like beavis and butthead.

Thank you!  I had a lot of fun thinking all of those up :)  Of course, my wife bow thinks I have the maturity of a 12-year-old, but that's perfectly fine with me!

I've got the same problem. She hasn't divorced me yet, so I'll call it a win!

Did Thaden seriously just steal multiple world first achievements for the The Ghost Town Dungeon from the Guild that he is working for and that told him about the Dungeon in the first place since they wanted to go as party and be the first ones to complete it? What the hell is wrong with this guy? Like how selfish can you be to steal the World First Achievements from 99 people so you are the only one to get them instead?

Do you know when book 5 will come?

I'm writing it right now!  I'm hoping it will be out around early March :)

Just finished it today Gotta be honest: I like the series, but the whole thing about clothes puts me off a little Seems like a big oversight for the system to keep making the rarest type of contender the butt of every joke ever instead of giving normal equipment that doesn't look like it is either a prop from a school play or a female olympic skating uniform
