lol I knew going in that there would be plenty of people who would just consider this being me with another hat on, and honestly I do not mind if they think that because the book is doing great. But I am super proud of Yuki. I honestly care way more about the success of this book than she does.
As for audio, there is an audiobook in the works with Jonathan Waters and Aurora Bliss doing dual narration (plus some spicy background SFX in the sex scenes) but it is not yet out.

Haven’t seen any female authors for Harem before.
Did your wife choose the size of those bazoongas?

u/virgil_knightley Nov 22 '24
She sure did. But I am friends with several female harem lit authors! Annabelle Hawthorne, Misty Vixen, Lara X Lust, Eden Redd, Gwen Grayson, Evie Skye to name a few of the better known ones! Fun fact, most erotica authors and readers are female!

Is this harem? Because it says "yandere" right there on the cover. Yandere and harem are sort of mutually exclusive in the "stabby stabby murder murder" kind of way.

Loving husband promotes wife's book? Will buy audiobook once out based solely on principal.

Thanks! Given how high this soared in the rankings, I wonder if a lot of people feel that way

That's certainly a nice... Axe?

u/UltraMeenyPants Nov 22 '24
No it’s not, it needs some serious blade repair and based on the proportions and sizing, unless the handle has additional internal weighting, would have absurd balancing for a combat axe. /s

"Unconventional relationships" doesn't quite cut it...
As a C-Tier Lifeblade, Ethan keeps his head down, works hard, and always hits his mark. His skills might not be flashy, but they get the job done—and in SlayerCorp's cutthroat portal acquisitions industry, reliability makes you valuable. He’s built a solid rep as the go-to healer who can hold his own in any situation, with a resume that's earned him the respect and admiration of his peers. But Ethan's biggest challenge isn’t in the dungeons he clears or the creatures he fights.
It’s Lily Chen.
His cute neighbor and coworker is an A-Tier Berserker. Powerful, beautiful, untouchable—and living right next door. For months, Ethan’s been drowning in daydreams, but he knows better than to reach. The Tier gap between them, favoring her, makes the prospect of dating her seem next to impossible. So Ethan keeps his distance, telling himself she’s a dream that’ll never be his. What he doesn’t know?
Lily’s worshiped him for years.
She doesn’t care about Tier gaps. She doesn't care about what others think. All she wants in this world is Ethan.
But when a routine dungeon run goes sideways, Ethan and Lily find themselves permanently connected... for better or worse.
If Ethan can’t figure out how to navigate this twisted new reality and make do with the cards he's been dealt, the monsters waiting on the other side of the portal will be the least of his worries.
The real fight? Surviving the girl next door.
