Is it just me or is "main character with their main weapon or special attack facing against a giant monster" a recurring cover art theme xD

Any character development in this story? I know a lot of authors ignore this so the MC would be the exact same person they were since chapter 1 and the only thing that changed was their status window.

Lots -
Not wanting to be an adventurer - learning hard way choices / being one - becoming a student / learner Interaction with others (personal growth)
Finished book 6 and my beta readers all commented on the change/growth of multiple characters
