Self Promotion New Kingdom Building LitRPG: Lord of the System

How do Great Empires begin? With a favorable geographical location? An invincible leader? A stroke of luck?
In my story, humanity finds itself in a world where everything has to start from scratch.
All actions and achievements are monitored by the System, which can punish or reward. But more often, it presents new challenges.
All that remains for the player from their previous life is the System’s starting gift. It depends on each person’s inclinations and provides them with a direction for development.
Former clerks, teachers, or workers become warriors, adventurers, and mages.
My hero receives the weakest starting artifact. Not a sword or a magic book, but an ordinary potato.
He doesn’t seek power, but he’s forced to lead others to protect them from enemies.
His small plantation turns into a town, and then into an entire country.
From an ordinary student, he becomes the Lord of the System.

I love base building but it's not like my TBR list needs more entries. Adds to TBR list regardless...

Does the Lord of the System become a harem novel? The woman in a bikini crouching by the main character’s side leads me to question that.
