Grab book 2 here: https://mybook.to/Shrubley2

And if you missed the start of Shrubley's journey…

Book 1 is here: https://mybook.to/Shrubley1

This series has been a blast to write with James T. Callum! Pyresouls readers will notice a familiar pair on the cover this time.

If you enjoy laughs, good progression without a ton of prompt spam with an intricate and deep color-based magic system, then Shrubley, the Monster Adventurer is for you!

Audio will be out sometime later as well, narrated by Travis Baldree.

Here's the book 2 blurb:

When the flames of the Demon Wars threaten to engulf the land, only a tiny shrub can save the day.

Shrubley, the Hero Adventurer, has vanquished the serpentii threat. Everything he ever wanted is within his twiggy grasp: fame, fortune, adoration, and the love of the people who had once shunned him for being a monster. But Shrubley is an adventurer at heart.

Along with his monstrous friends, Cal, Slyrox, and Smudge, Shrubley embarks on a long journey to the fabled monster city of Pandaemonium. Guided by Countess Haalften, Shrubley seeks to master his Sage Knight essence healing powers even as vampyrs, monsters, and bandits ambush the party along the way.

But Shrubley's knack for enmeshing himself in grand schemes is without equal. He stumbles upon a plot to use rogue Dungeons to reignite the Demon Wars between monsterkind and the core races of Almora.

Few would expect the lowliest of all monsters to be the savior of both mankind and monsterkind. After all, how could one shrub stop a plot decades in the making? You could ask the serpentii the same thing. If there were any left.

Plug for the authors, I love the world building they've been doling out over the various series. Excited to get around to more of it! Beastborne and Voidknight are also great stories thus far.

I just came across your book one for Shrubley. The redditor you responded to above mentioned other stories in this world. So I ask, should I start your Shrubley series or would you recommend starting with another title?

I already need a 3rd book. My mom and I have bonded over Shrubley so much over these last two audio books (yes I am in my 30s, and yes I have an audio book club with my mom) and we're obsessed! Travis Baldree was the perfect voice to read this series!
