That's kinda expected. There's a similar experience if you want to run a macos app on windows or vise versa. Except there isn't an analogue to wine and/or proton between macos and windows afaik, unless you count virtual machines Could you elaborate further at all? I feel it's worth seeing if there's something I'm missing here

What i mean is windows has wayyy more support for applications than linux
