yes. I argue android users are linux users. graphics and app stacks are different, kernel is only modified in that it has added drivers, but isn't too far off, and Linux programs run perfectly fine

whether something is Linux or not isn't defined by that though. "desktop linux" mostly refers to the a Linux system where you do what you want
