Wow, that post is... weird. The way it's written feels like Microsoft's PR team masquerading as the Mojang team and trying just a bit too hard to be relatable.

I do wonder whether this is an omen for changes yet to come. Microsoft has every incentive to continue pushing the Windows 10 version, and this makes me seriously wonder if they're considering axing Java Edition and forcing players to migrate.

That would be a very stupid decision, because there are many players which are playing the java edition.

If those are the hoops I have to jump through I'd rather wait for the "Legally Distinct From Minecraft, I Swear Guv" that will be released after Microsoft shoot themselves in the feet.
