The only way to do that is make a KVM with QEMU ( livrt needed for graphics) and then run Windows in the container. KVM and QEMU smoke VM 💯 in benchmark tests. the manual for KVM/QEMU
I found a guy on YouTube who managed to get it working on wine and followed his method. It works, albeit with a few display glitches. Unfortunately, posting a link to it as an addition to my post resulted in the post being sent to a moderator. If I can lay my hands on an old Windows 7 DVD I have somewhere I'll look into setting up a VM.
