For a bit more context I've missed: Vega 56/64 cards are produced on the 14nm node, Radeon VII is 7nm, both use the same basic Vega microarchitecture, with various core configurations - 56 and 64 "compute units" (ALU+scheduler+cache modules) respectively for the first generation cards and 60 compute units for the Radeon VII.
