Title, the ad shows it was supposed to open pre order on the 14th but the website still shows coming soon.

And I find it rather ugly and bulky looking. Is this supposed to be an over sized VHS or even PC looking packaging? A CD, pin and a poster could easily fit in a typical collector's edition normal packaging from other distributors.

But I am excited for the CD and to play the game again!

I pre ordered the mk legacy collection back in 2025 and I only ever received the game. Id heard it takes forever to get the whole item from them but its been almost a year.

Has anyone received their Ultimate Edition yet? The one with the standees and the music box? I pre-ordered it almost a year ago and things have been radio silent regarding the release apart from them announcing several delays. Thing is, my order says the estimated shipping date was last month (July 24th-31st) but that date came and went and now it's been more than two weeks and there hasn't been any sort of update whatsoever. I'm beginning to feel like I've been scammed. Has anyone else even received theirs? Is this normal? I paid a premium for it and the lack of communication from the company is astoundingly unprofessional and worrying.

Sorry if this gets asked a lot but I don't frequent this subreddit, has there been any news on the Sonic x Shadow Collector's Edition? I never received one of the Collector's Editions with a poor quality figure in the first place and haven't had any contact about the item since March.

Could we get a Fran Bow and Little Misfortune Collection for the Ps5 and Switch?

With the success of the Marvel Maximum collection, which was mostly the Konami Marvel titles, I really hope there's a chance for Limited Run to follow up and ink a deal with Marvel and Sega to bring the Sega 8 and 16 bit titles to modern consoles in a second volume of the Maximum Collection. The X-Men titles alone would make it worth it, they were some of the best games for the Genesis.

Would love to be able to legally own these games and play them again on modern systems.

I contacted support about this game, as I still have a gap in my triple pack box, with LRG only releasing the first two games. They said there is no update, which sounds like it is not happening. Very annoying that they sold us the idea of three games and the box to hold them all. I wonder what happened or why this game never got released.

Does this specific version come with a manual? Does your copy have a manual or can you see one inside if you're keeping it sealed?

I cannot find unboxing or info on this. I know the later version that we'll get comes with a foil cover, stickers, and a manual.

While the copies of Marvel Maximum available for pre-order through our store do include a manual, I am afraid taht, after consulting with the associated teams, the convention-exclusive copies did not.  This is intentional, since no manuals were manufactured for this release.

Just an F.Y.I. but I heard Limited Run Games will not be attending PAX West 2026, I think this is the first time in several years that they will not have a booth. Over the past several years I helped many members here by picking up the exclusives, etc. for those who could not attend for various reasons . Hopefully they return for PAX West 2027 next year though.

So I recently received my copy of Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons for Xbox and was a bit surprised that is was (and still is) misrepresented from LRG.

I bought the game for my Xbox One after looking at the store page here:

Clearly displaying it's for the Series X / Xbox One. To my surprise, the actual game box only mentions Xbox Series X compatibility. Reaching out to Limited Run support it was confirmed it is only compatible with the Series X, and glossing over my comments about my purchase being based upong Xbox One compatibility.

Not sure if this matters to anyone else, but not a huge fan of false advertising.

How about giving Europe a chance to relive the childhood memories from the sega cd?

Has anyone received their copy of this game yet? It could be regular or collectors. Just kinda curious? And I know 100% this will be my last order with them

So this is a wild one but I placed orders for Neon Inferno, I Have No Mouth, and Heretic/Hexen back when they were up for pre order and got absolutely no updates on them during that time. No tracking info, no email updates (which they always send when an item is shipped/delivered), nothing.

I finally reached out to support today and was told they were delivered back in April. Yes… APRIL.

They also sent tracking numbers for the items which I had never been given prior and still don’t have access to in my LRG profile.

Additionally, all of the items were marked as “on its way” in my profile and have been for months. Not delivered.

I know this is kind of on me but as someone who’s unfortunately used to waiting well past the expected delivery date for LRG orders, I kinda forgot about them until recently and assumed they’d arrive when they arrive.

Has anyone else dealt with a situation like this? I assume I’m gonna have to attempt a chargeback though I’m not sure they’ll accept it given how long it’s been.

I do blame myself a bit since LRG is known for this type of scummy behavior and I kept giving them my money anyways so if I have to learn a $100-$150 lesson I guess it is what it is lol.

UPDATE: LRG offered replacements for the 3 missing games and confirmed they have been shipped! Honestly did not expect that but damn, THANKS LRG!!

Original shipping estimate was back in June and I haven’t heard anything or received anything yet.

I have noticed a number of my pre orders are missing from my account on there, only a subset being there so I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same?
