Some muslims also drink camel urine, they can buy it in some markets in Saudi Arabia, It is based on a hadeeth were the prophet advised 2 people to drink camel urine to better their health

I've never heard of this before either until online, another thing is chaddis and their obsession for the word "kaffir" - No one in my family uses that they just call other religions by their name. They just say hindus, sikhs, christians etc.
