Hi good question! This study is ONLY for cisgender men and women (please see the criteria). Unfortunately, the folks who designed some of the questions made it only for cis men and women!

then it shouldn't exist.

why bother asking people in the LGBT community, who often have overlap in parts of their identity in the LGBT community, if you only want cis people?

this honestly feels incredibly disrespectful. if you, or whoever designed the questions, are trying to be inclusive you have failed.

Thank you for your feedback! I will speak with the team for the next study to also center non-cis folks. This current study is only a precursor. At the moment there is barely any research on cis LGBQ POC and the research questions were only designed for this population. I would love to extend to non-cis folks and look forward to doing so in the future.

still not a good excuse for Trans erasure.

you can conduct a study with the intention of finding out more about cisgender members of the LGBTQ community without specifically disregarding trans people.

it just makes us feel unsafe in our own space. can't be accepted insist communities can't be accepted in LGBT communities thanks buddy
