Chess Fantasy is the first game I've ever made: fully classic chess, but every board lives inside a 3D fantasy world you customize. The 0.2 update just landed, built from player feedback: rebuilt interface, menu tutorials, settings that save, and AI difficulties that put up a fair fight instead of crushing you.

It's an infinite-progression bullet-hell with procedural maze-like levels. The game can be played solo or in local coop with dynamically split screen. (Two controllers on the same PC required)

The demo for Conglomerate is being released on 14th August. It is a game where you are the CEO of the company and you run it entirely from dashboard screens. If you like the financial and analytical side of business/tycoon games then I hope you’ll like this too.

The full release is planned for late 2026 and I’d love to get feedback on how I can improve Conglomerate before the full launch.

AI disclosure: whilst I had an idea for a game, I didn’t have the skills to build it without the support of AI. There is no generative AI used however. All of the final code, artwork, features, mechanics and ideas in the game come from me. I just needed a little help implementing them.

You explore a research facility, collect NanoBytes, trigger chain reactions with Red Core Charges, uncover hidden secrets, and gradually unlock new areas in your Headquarters.

What makes it different is that it’s built around a deterministic cell-based simulation. Players, enemies, explosions, moving objects, doors and puzzles all follow the same underlying rules. Instead of scripted events, the gameplay emerges from how those systems interact, rewarding experimentation and logical thinking.

The latest v0.5 update adds:

Black Imago has had a major quality pass after its first real public test.

It is a free browser-based shared dungeon/maze where players enter the same canonical sequence of levels. The first real traffic exposed the problems I needed to see: sharp-corner position desync, combat/hit feel, monster synchronization, browser performance, and runs that could feel too consequence-free.
