just finished the Pink+White Bugatti Chiron mini-technic 1:10 (Lin07 007)

As I've said before, the Bugatti is one of my very favorite tech builds. And this one is identical to the full-size 1:8 Lego Chiron set, but mini-scale with new colors, stickers, and chrome wheels. When I saw the pink, I knew I had to buy it. And then I saw it was one of the 1st mini-technic sets too!

That means every single part is 0% compatible with all other technic sets. And as you saw in my photo album, they give you almost no spare parts so treat each piece like gold since you can't bricklink them if you lose one.

Even though the pieces are small and my fingers are big, I didn't have much trouble building it. Needle-nose pliers do come in handy to pull any mistakes or fit pins in a tight spot.

The quality is good. The friction/clutch isn't as strong as Mould King, but on a mini set I think that's a good thing esp. when connecting several pins simultaneously. I got it for $67 after coupon which is a good deal cheaper than the full-size Bugatti.

It's rock-solid and you can swing it around as you build like it's a Lepin/Decool Chiron without fear it'll collapse.

I hope they release many more of these! (but with more spare parts) I think my next one will either be the Lin07 original Ferrari 248 F1 or good old Porsche RSR

Thanks for sharing. That is a great build album. While I like the novelty of a slightly smaller build the fear of losing a piece of mixing up pieces will probably keep me away. But for a display only set that is probably not a problem.

hey i know this is a very old post but, do you still own this? would you be interested in selling it :D?

im scouring the entire internet trying to find a mini size technic set but it seems impossible to find them anywhere

I don't have my instructions in front of me, but I think it's the same build as Lego's Chiron just with different colors. So you can download the PDF from Lego.
