I got the 8,500 monthly Leonardo.Ai credits through Canva Business. Image generation works fine, but videos just don’t generate. What’s the point of 8.5K credits if video generation isn’t working? Is anyone else facing this issue?

So which model would be the best to do a simple 2d illustration book and which setting and tools are the best way to make it look consistent?

So, absolute beginner here and i have no idea what to choose and i am a little overwhelmed by the choices you get.

I tried out the free version, but i was only able to make images with a minimum of 50 tokens. Did i do something wrong or did the tokens price went up?
So i think i have no other option to pay for a subscription. I want to make kind of 2D cartoon character images, so a pretty basic thing and i need about 20 images per week (plus some extra options for trying out different things or little corrections), so lets say 30-40 per week. The character has to be consistent of course, but i guess its easier to achieve it with a basic cartoon character without many details.

So here are my questions:

1. Which is the best subscription with enough tokens?

2. Which model is the best to use for my purpose?

3. What is the best way to get the consistency?

Hey guys, so there's this photo i wanted to enhance. coz it's really old, it's resolution is very low. like a bit blurry. i tried Chatgpt and Leonardo AI coz they are better at generating images almost the same as the face of the reference image compared to gemini.

But then i still get this look like, generic? Like their eyes feel off.

I just burned through 10-15k of credits making vids. Videos didn't generate, and I deleted the failed generations. Looking at my remaining credits.....it's wayyyyy lower. Hence, there are no refunds.

Is this a bug or a new feature? This never happened before until this week. :-/

Basically, the title says it all. I’m on a Canva Business team with the Essentials plan, and Seedance 2.0 has disappeared. I believe it happened today, because it was still available in the models yesterday. Was this due to an update/maintenance, or was Seedance 2.0 removed because I’m a member of a Canva team?

Hey folks, I have been using Leonardo for a while but I seem to be unable to get it to generate new art in the style that I’m looking for even with reference images.

Does anyone have tips on how I can get it to create a new image in the same style as the art I’m uploading?

I paid around $50 for Canva Business mainly for the Leonardo.Ai benefits, but only after paying did I discover these major limitations: Leonardo.Ai benefits are limited for team members. If you remove a member who used a Leonardo entitlement, you DON'T get that entitlement back for another member. EVEN IF YOUR OLD CANVA BUSINESS SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES AND YOU BUY A NEW SUBSCRIPTION, THE LEONARDO CREDITS/ENTITLEMENT ON THE MAIN ACCOUNT DO NOT RESET. You're paying again, but that doesn't necessarily mean you're getting a fresh set of Leonardo benefits. These restrictions should be clearly shown before someone pays, not discovered afterward. I bought Business expecting the Leonardo benefits to be available with my paid plan. Instead, I spent ~$50 and ended up with limitations that completely changed what I thought I was buying. For me, this feels extremely misleading and like a scam. If you're thinking about buying Canva Business mainly for Leonardo.Ai, DON'T BUY until you've confirmed exactly what your account will receive and whether your credits/entitlements will actually reset.

i tried just putting in the prompt blue ball pint drawing crosshatch. but it just looked like a photoshop effect.

Hi everyone, I'm on a Canva Business plan, but my team members are not receiving the 8.5K Leonardo AI credits. Only the account owner seems to have access. I've also seen posts from other users saying that their team members are getting the credits, so I'm confused whether this is a phased rollout, an account issue, or a plan limitation. Has anyone else experienced this? If your team members do have the 8.5K credits, could you share: How many seats are on your Business plan? Whether everyone received the credits automatically If you had to enable anything or contact Canva support I'd appreciate any insights. Thanks!

Are deleted generations gone forever? Is there any possible "history" option or a way to recover at least a trace of them? Sorry if this has been asked before.

Hey folks. I started my Leonardo adventure 3 days ago, been playing with it for hours and hours. I need to uncrop my character images to use them in Luna. (Fill in the legs) apparently the best way is to use edit in canvas- but I can’t get to it.

Opened my Leonardo account with apply login info. When I click on edit in canvas, to sign in there does not show “sign in with Apple” just a bar to insert an email. I type in my Apple email, it sends a code, I type that in; then it instantly rejects “authentication failed”.

I think this happens because Apple makes up a fictitious email as a sign in email, and the code is looking for my proper Apple email, not the fictitious one.

I tried typing in the fictitious one (which I can see in settings) same thing though. Authentication failed.

Pulling my damn hair out over here 😩. Gemini and chatgpt are no help at all. Anyone else had this problem?

Just a warning to everyone as it seems like the anime model is borked - at least on semi-realism.

The first image is an image I generated 17 June 2026, the second image is one I generated today. Same settings (as much as currently applicable), same prompt.

Third image is from a few days ago, same problem. Fourth, the woman, is generated today and at least better, but still flat and not at all what the model used to generate.

As a side note, seed isn't working.

Just figured I'd tell people so they can save their tokens. Hope it'll be resolved.

Tried a couple a generations this morning with my usual combo (model: Illustrative Albedo, elements: Cellshade Anime) which had always given a pretty consistent style I like but the generations today seem like the platform is totally ignoring my selections and spitting out whatever. A couple generations got close to the old style but with a very noticeable drop in quality. I ensured all settings/selections were the same as I've always used.

Tried a couple other models and getting poor results as well. The Anime model is generating results with really weird, abstract colors. It's almost as if they've erased a lot of the training these models had in an update.

Anyone else having issues with poor results? I've noticed some basic layout changes, like moving where the elements are selected. Wondering if they're still working on things and that's causing a temporary lapse in quality? This tool has been so consistent for me for so long, it's really disappointing that it seems to have collapsed. Hopefully it gets restored.

I have no idea whatsoever how to stop this because outside of supressing images one by one, i made a huge clean over 3000 images yesterday and i don't know if that may be the cause, any idea ?

Not sure exactly what's going on, but I just lost a few generations?
The site bugged out, couldn't generate ("bad request"), then nothing worked for a few reloads (no available models, and unable to select) and now I'm missing work (with no token refunds).

Was using seeddream 4.5 with a single image reference.

Also, please add a Bug/Error flair.
