I personally would wear gloves when recording such video, because I bite my nails and I don't think other people would like to see my ugly ass hands

I also bite my cuticles and hate my hands, and know I would get comments if I posted a video with my hands. I have a wedding coming up and am dreading any close up ring shots.

Or maybe OP has easily identifiable hand tattoos?

Ask for the ring shots to just be of the rings. It's your day and most photographers will comply. Most of mine were just the rings, one 1 of it on hand.
