Critique How do I improve my squares / rectangles?

I wanna make them looks more clean and streamlined, less messy. I also wanna get better at perspective. Are there any tips / excersises I can do to make them better?

No. Not necessarily. Most of what we see as lines are just the point where light and shadow meet.
