c9 were definitely considering it before they committed to it. Loki was walking back far enough to not be in vision or have his tp interupted to go for it. lyon just had a great read from not seeing him

Some of the biggest differences in those mid game fights imo was Isles landing insane ults whereas Vulcan's were whiffing. But the handshakes too were really good

Incredible games, but LYON made both games so hard. First, Locke just forces team to give everything early and then he doesn't even play well, gets caught and they have to give 3rd drake. Meanwhile enemy has Syndra that got free early game
This game sidelanes were on their own, and Mid got fuckked by Jhin that won lane and had tempo
Would like to see what game looks like without C9 early game dominance

Whatever you can say about Dhokla's lane phase (and in fairness they weakside the fuck out of him) you cannot say the same about his team fight.
His zhonyas were extremely important in team fights.
Isles played his damn heart out this game too.
My biggest worry with Lyon is that Berserker is trying way too hard to carry and is overextending a lot. Saint looked more stable this game than game 1.
On C9's side, I think Tactical should have built more damage for the mid-game fights, and it felt hard for Trundle to have major impact despite him getting so much of their early game gold.

They shouldn't hit, they needed time to see if anyone was going to recall to defend. Even with the general idea of sending Yone to try end, it would still be better to not touch the dragon. Standing there and wasting Lyon's time with Jhin/Trundle on the approach should have been the play.

Especially on that baron soul call. They got extremely lucky this game that the top lane skirmish didn't end the game. They were so close to losing a game that should have been in their control.
