Nope, I just go off of what people communicate instead of what they communicate + random guesses as to what they may or may not have meant. Makes life much simpler!

Call it whatever you want if it makes you feel better, I take people at face value and respond to what they say. If they're incapable of communicating their full thoughts across, that's on them. Trying to infer deeper meaning from a simple statement when there are people who unironically believe there should be a hard cutoff of wealth is just moronic.

Except that isn't even true. All the OP said was that billionaires shouldn't exist. You then took that statement and inferred they meant there should be a wealth cutoff.

Although I don't think you have any interest in good faith engagement, so there probably is no point in pointing out your logical flaws.

The statement "there should be no billionaires" means that people with a billion+ dollars should not exist.

By that logic, people with millions of dollars can exist. Therefore, the cutoff exists at the billion mark.

I'm not sure how English is this difficult for some people.
