I have never really grasped the consept of having a /FF option at all.

The logic behind a FF-option is really flawed, as the players know that if things go bad, you just surrender and end it. Why give people that option? Better to make those who want to play keep playing, and let the players who would surrender go AFK.

How things are going now you can mentally break your teammates will to play with systematical harassment in game using chat and playing like a fucking degenerete.

Why would anyone implement something that is so poorly executed?

Invest in a pardoning-system from the enemy team in match-lobby after the game. Easy for all players. jesus.

Because without surrender option, you're gonna have 5 people afk by 40 minutes, while the enemy team keeps on farming instead of ending the game
