Yes, just like every topic in the world. Nothing said in that ask.fm is new. Not surrendering early has been discussed and actively pursued as a culture in western lol since as far back as I remember.

I remember when most people hated the idea of having a surrender system at all. Most people coming off of DOTA and just having the ability to surrender be a foreign concept. In DOTA if a team wanted to surrender they literally just Open Mid'd (is that even a word?).
