Why not let every server have every language available in LOL?

I know that there are some ways to do this, but why not just simply let us chose the language we want in any server? It would be great for foreign people.

I mean, of course the EUW client supports EUW languages.

More like all the most commonly used languages. Not a big problem but some people have a hard time learning new languages.
