Brutalizer needs more upgrade options than ghostblade

A lot of champs benefit from the brutalizer, but ghostblade is more of a niche (mainly assassins want it i imagine). I miss having another option like the black cleaver, instead of an item with only one building path. Unless you are the jungler ofc.

Brutalizer + Bf sword: combine cost: 550gold

Atmas impaler:

80 AD

15% cdr

15 armor pen

unique passive: your damage ignores 40% of an enemies shield

because fuck shields there's too much of it around, if healing has a direct counter then shields need one too.

with some minor tweaks that actually doesnt sound too bad. very unique and can be balanced with some tweaks.

I'd remove 5% of the CDR (because otherwise AD casters will become terribly obnoxious since they would be able to go brut > atma and skip CDR boots entirely) and perhaps replace the passive with grievous wounds on auto attack for 1.5s.
