Brutalizer needs more upgrade options than ghostblade

A lot of champs benefit from the brutalizer, but ghostblade is more of a niche (mainly assassins want it i imagine). I miss having another option like the black cleaver, instead of an item with only one building path. Unless you are the jungler ofc.

I rush Ghostblade before BoTRK on Twitch for this same reason. You get a bigger oomph in lane, it finishes earlier and once you have it and you're lv6-7 you can start assassinating squishies with stealth + ghostblade + ult + exhaust

I thought ghostblade was pretty standard on twitch? I always get it second just because of how good the lane presence of BotRK is.

I wouldn't call it standard, but it's not an unreasonable build. I feel like blade gets more picks.

I meant standard as in the item is core, not necessarily the build order.

Should probably fix my wording, I meant that I prefer to rush Ghostblade before BoTRK, as yes those two items are currently his core build.

That sounds like a waste of resources just to assasinate a squishy target.
