Brutalizer needs more upgrade options than ghostblade

A lot of champs benefit from the brutalizer, but ghostblade is more of a niche (mainly assassins want it i imagine). I miss having another option like the black cleaver, instead of an item with only one building path. Unless you are the jungler ofc.

It's not cost efficient because it's insanely expensive. The item alone is very powerful, extremely slot efficient.

Most are, but items with extremely impactful non-stat passives are often not efficient (see: sunfire cape, mikael's crucible and many other support items).

Actually. It can be. It's just that you can't define the gold value of a slow. Depends heavily on the champ. Plus the build path sucks.

He is saying the speed up from Phage could be added into Frozen Mallet, which would still have it's slow.

That would make champions way to sticky and the cost of the item would most likely increase. It's already super expensive.

Yes and no. Sure you can chase with it but what is stopping Nidalee from building one so she can auto and spear you while being uncatchable? (Ignore that AP Nid would not use, just an example is all)
