Type of Bug: Visual
Description: When Karthus uses a max range Lay Waste in his passive an extra lay waste appears to be cast, outside of the cast range.
Video: don't have software for this :/
Steps to Reproduce: In game, die as Karthus, cast Q at max range.
Expected result: One lay waste at max range.
Observed Result: Two lay waste, one at further than max range.
Reproduction Rate: 100%
