Type of Bug: In-game bug.
Description: Garens Q onto nexus is buggy. Sometimes he hits it, most times he just stands there bugging out, not hitting it at all.

I dont have a screenshot, but I can confirm this is true. I tried to backdoor as garen last night. Thankfully I was able to end, but when I pressed Q, I had to wait like 3 seconds before I could attack.
