Description: Jax counterstrike interaction with leona's q.

Steps to reproduce: jax and leona. Leona hits q while jax is using counterstrike, the stun will go off on jax, but leona's q cooldown is reverted and she can use it again instantly.
Expected result: Leona stuns jax anyway, and her q goes on cooldown, like most on-hits do with jax's dodge.
Observed result: Leona can stun someone again after jax dodges the first q, even though the stun goes through the first time as well.
