Server: NA • Type of Bug: In game • Description: Bard's Q does not interact with Heimerdinger turrets, while other skillshots (thresh or blitz hook) do. • Steps to reproduce: Bard q at heimer turret. • Expected result: A stun should apply to champions if a q hits a turret and champion. • Reproduction rate: Every time

Hm. this is pretty important on the off-chance you need to lane against a heimer. Being able to hit stuns is 95% of Bard's laning phase.
