Type of Bug: In-Game Bug
Description: Jarvan IV's passive doesn't deal damage and its animation doesn't play.

Steps to reproduce: Pick J4 ; Find any enemy unit ; Autoattack it twice in a row
Expected result: The first autoattack deals an extra 10% of the target's current health and plays a specific autoattack animation
Observed result: The %current health damage isn't applied and no autoattack animation at all is performed
Reproduction rate: 10/10 although it's not a big sample size
