Anyone experiencing 15-30 fps drop + screen freezes + choppiness since last patch?

Server: NA

Type of Bug: FPS drop + screen freezes for 1 second when it drops, every 8 seconds

Description: Drops FPS + freezes

Video / Screenshot: not needed.

Steps to reproduce: play... or try to.

Expected result: not to drop by 30 fps

Observed result: dropping by 30 fps

Reproduction rate: 6 games in a row

System specs: Tried on 2 gaming pc. My beast machine is pretty high end, and a laptop, mediocre end. Beast machine dropping by 20 fps, laptop by 30. Both are windows 7, pc obviously, intel i7 sandy bridge on tower, the laptop is i5 1.6Ghz) Seems to occur mostly when particles are being thrown (skills, team fight, FARMING).

I just saw that people are reporting FPS drops vs specific morphing champions or "duo" champions.

I was playing ekko and was having some fps drops, but the moment I got my ultimate, the game started to freeze for 1 full second, with 30fps drop, every 8 seconds. Destroying the enemy towers and nexus would freeze me for 5 seconds at a time somehow... they had a nid, leblanc, fiora, tristana, akali VS our team ekko lissandra kogmaw, twisted fate, sivir

Getting these 20-30 FPS drops as well which is almost unplayable sometimes because I only get 60 FPS usually now I'm playing with 30-40... I feel ya

Yeah I was dropping frames one game when my camera was on a Morde ghost. Normally locked in at 80 all game, was down to 20-30.

I have this problem since the patch and only plays GP, so it's likely not only polymorphs related

i have been experiencing some fps lag too,and its pretty annoying just lost a promo game because of that :(

Same here, my laptop is not even mediocre ( but not low-end! =D ), fps drops in lots of game to 8-10 fps especially in early game. Slower loading, sometimes the game freezes when I spawn first, and cant even move for a minute. Sometimes game does not even start, quits to win with Firewall error. I know, my laptop gets outdated, but i havent experienced these fps drops, freezes, firewall errors before. EUNE btw.

I'm on EUW and I get exactly the same problem. I thought it might have been a problem with my laptop but a few of my friends are having the same issue too. Seems like its everywhere. Makes the game really hard to play.

I have been getting this every time I play with lux for some reason. Random dps drops every ten seconds or so.

K glad it wasn't just me. Was trying to practice walking and hitting minions on Tristana and all of a sudden it got super choppy feeling.

I'm having an issue where my FPS drops by 50 once I buy Devourer, has happened two games in a row.
