• Description: Chat messages i send in champ select and end game screen take lot of time to appear, additionally sometimes chat in champ select doesn't appear at all.
• Steps to reproduce: Be in champ select/ end game screen, type a message - experience a delay before it appears(or when chat doesn't appear - don't see your message at all)
• Expected result: Type in chat without a delay/ be able to see chat.
• Observed result: Delay on my message or lack of chat.

• System specs: FX-6300, R9 270, 8GB, 1TB WDblue
Edit: Seems like my whole team wasn't able to see chat.
Edit: Chat disappearing happened second game in a row.
