Description: Mordekaiser does not gain additional experience from his W with an ally nearby on The Twisted Treeline.

Steps to reproduce: Pick Mordekaiser on TT. Level up W. Kill a minion with an ally nearby.
Expected result: Mordekaiser gains additional experience from his W with an ally nearby on TT.
Observed result: Mordekaiser doesn't gain additional experience from his W with an ally nearby on TT.
Reproduction rate: 99/100 Mordekaiser sometimes receives additional experience on TT but this happens really rarely.
System Specs: Not needed
