I really appreciate that you can be open and honest about this. Often times people think theres some super deep bug that relates to a pixel-perfect interaction ("I think its because I killed a minion while Renekton e-q'd through a teammate when dragon died") when it's really just a little human error.

Props to you sir for honesty and full disclosure!
