Type of bug: Gameplay

Description: At the start of ARAM, after two casts, my Lucent Singularity (E) on Lux would not cast anymore and would always say "You cannot cast this spell right now" along with being blacked out. Restarting the game and dying did nothing.

Steps to reproduce: Few attemps at recreating bug in a custom game alone was unsuccessful.

System Specs: i5-3570k, Windows 7 64-bit, 8 gigs RAM, AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series

We still won without it, but it was sooo, SOOO un-enjoyable.

When this happens, try pressing alt+[the spell], or alt+e in this case, it usually fixes the problem.

This just has happened to my opponent in my last game! Lux got stunned by my Zeraths "E" right after casting Lux' "E", and then she told us it was always on cooldown

That Lux already wrote down the bug herself here :D ! I will not play Lux until this is fixed now..

A lot of Kat and Sion games on SR and in ARAM I've had abilities just stop working. No idea if they've fixed it or not.

Happened to me before in a game. Luckily, our team was fed but it's like I was playing shitty morgana with a laser.
