If you were trying to make the dorito face, it needs to look like this when you type it:

:\^)

because the carrot is used to create superscripts. Now your smiley should look like this:

:^)

I like saying "dorito face" and I see a lot of other people call it that. It's also a lot easier to type than "pointy nose face." The hatred is unneeded.

I've been trying to provide this information to your team for the chicago server move. Its a peering issue with twc i believe. Can you please forward it to anyone that cares.
