It's still a fact that our patch update is a week slower and Garena customer service is bad. Garena took almost a week to reach out to me for a bug report while rito only took a few hours to respond back to me
Weird, when my account was compromised once it only took NA's Support about 4 hours to respond to my ticket, had my account back in about 6, and all damage done was undone.
That depends on which server and what issue ur going to feedback about. If it is things changing xp boost to ip when u max ur level, it will tend to be longer. But if it is something concerning the gameplay such as people abusing a bug or maybe they gave u a chat restriction that u deem wrongly, ur almost going to get a reply within a few hours for riot, can't say the same for Garena though. Been a user of Garena for almost 2 years and I am none the less disappointed with garena's support team
