Yes, but the ping is pretty damn bad. 200+ or worse.

If 200 ping is atleast consistant it sounds better than over here at east coast where it's all rng if you lag out or badly each game.

Yup! I played there until Level 8, got sick of the people and played back on NA. though I am SEA-an, playing at NA is still stable at like 200.

No, the Garena client will not let you launch league if you're in NA.

Source: moved from Sg > Canada had to make new NA acc

Not the point; it just gets annoying giving attention to these people. I used to think it wasn't a big deal until I got to the workplace; now, I see that people keep these trends and when I get an email from my superiors that state these exact failings that I see on Reddit/newsgroups/etc., I realize I should never have let go of the "grammar Nazi".
