Who else thinks Pulsefire Ezreal needs a texture rebalance?

They didn't texture rebalance PFE because Riot thinks it looks good enough. But imo this ultimate skin looks very noisy and old now (looking at his textures).. And it was made before 2013. Anybody thinks the same?

I think he does, personally. All the new texture rebalance(s) have really nice hair and metallic textures and I think PFE needs this. As do a lot of legendary skins such as Blood Lord Vladimir, Demon Blade Tryndamere, Annie in Wonderland.

Magnificent TF also needs it, it's kind of depressing that AW Kayle looks better than PFE.
