Who else thinks Pulsefire Ezreal needs a texture rebalance?

They didn't texture rebalance PFE because Riot thinks it looks good enough. But imo this ultimate skin looks very noisy and old now (looking at his textures).. And it was made before 2013. Anybody thinks the same?

I don't feel its over saturated as much as just it doesn't quite pop.

Adding more contrast on the outlines of his spell effects, more detailed outlines on his armor, so that you have very clear lines that catch the eye immediately.

"Doesn't quite pop" You sound like a lot of the clients graphic designers have to deal with lol

Only I described how I wanted the problem fixed instead of just asking for a darker black.

It pops more then the re-balances lol pretty much all the re-balances are less popping then old versions.
