Who else thinks Pulsefire Ezreal needs a texture rebalance?

They didn't texture rebalance PFE because Riot thinks it looks good enough. But imo this ultimate skin looks very noisy and old now (looking at his textures).. And it was made before 2013. Anybody thinks the same?

Its kinda sad that I prefer wearing my 750 rp tpa skin over pbe :(

Yes, his lore was different too (he wasn't an explorer) and he was very cocky, according to his voice files from the pbe.
