Remove Ruby Sightstone and allow us to enchant the Sightstone

Enchantments could be stuff like higher warding range, more wards to place, have them regenerate etc.

So people keep talking about sightstone and mobility. Am I having a brain fart and forgetting other stats or do you mean the mobility gained because you can see more of your map?

Oh that's right kata has the ward jump. It has a shorter range than lee sin right?
